Research Proposal: Gaming the Classroom

This research proposal is intended to compare the effectiveness of using MMOGs (massively multiplayer online games) in the classroom versus classrooms using a multiplayer classroom approach (see the link below for more information). I also created a PowerPoint version of the proposal, which was presented to the class.

Dr. Rieber (who has been working with games in education for seventeen years or more) had some very positive comments about my thoughts on game-based learning:
